How To Set Up Automatic Message In WhatsApp Business
Step 1: Open the WhatsApp business on your smartphone and tap the menu icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap on the “Settings” to access your preferences.
Step 3: Go to the “Company Settings” to set up your automated responses. When you are unable to speak, tap "Message Out of Office" to set up an automatic reply to your customers.
Step 4: Enable the "Send absent message" option to type your automatic reply and touch the pencil icon next to the "absent message."

To send a quick reply:
Step 1: Go to "WhatsApp" Company Settings and tap on "Quick Reply."
Step 2: WhatsApp Business will show the standard message sent via a shortcut. Touch it to change preferences.

How to set up automated messaging in regular WhatsApp

Step 2: Tap “Notification Settings” to give the app access to your smartphone.
Step 3: On the app's home screen, touch the "+" icon in the lower right corner to start setting up your automatic response.
Step 4: You will see a warning about using symbols like at (at),: (intestines) or ((brackets)) and tap "OK" to proceed.

Defining who gets the message
